About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Personal Trainer to lead and mentor personal trainers while delivering mobile personal training to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. The role combines client training, team leadership, assessment and quality oversight, sales support, and community engagement. The position offers flexible scheduling, with full-time preferred, and compensation of $40–$60 per hour plus performance or sales bonuses. This franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer credential from an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
CPR/AED certification.
At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
Demonstrated success in achieving client results and mentoring teams.
Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Sales experience.
Field marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
