About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to deliver mobile personal training and provide leadership within the local trainer team. Training takes place in clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces. The role combines client coaching with mentoring trainers, supporting client and sales results, and helping develop the team’s fitness culture. The position offers $40–$60 per hour plus performance or sales bonuses, a flexible schedule with full-time preferred, paid onboarding, ongoing professional development, recertification discounts, continuing education support, and opportunities for leadership, growth, recognition, and advancement.

Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer credential from an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
CPR/AED certification.
At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
