About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Personal Trainer to lead and mentor personal trainers and deliver mobile fitness training to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. The role combines client training with team leadership, quality oversight, client-success tracking, sales support, and local community engagement. The Master Trainer will help develop a high-performing fitness culture and represent GYMGUYZ’s values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE).

Compensation is $50–$55 per hour, with performance or sales bonuses and growth opportunities. The schedule is flexible, with full-time preferred. The role includes paid onboarding, ongoing professional development, recertification discounts, continuing education support, recognition, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Hold a personal trainer certification from an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
• Hold CPR/AED certification.
• Have at least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Demonstrate success in achieving client results and mentoring teams.
• Have strong communication, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values in every interaction.
