About The Position
GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead and mentor personal trainers while delivering mobile fitness training to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. The role combines client training with team development, quality oversight, client success measurement, sales support, and community engagement. The schedule is flexible, with full-time preferred. Compensation is $38–$50 per hour plus performance or sales bonuses.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer credential from an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
- CPR/AED certification.
- At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
- Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
- Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
