About The Position
GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor personal trainers while delivering mobile fitness services to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. The role combines client training, team development, training-quality oversight, and support for sales and community engagement. The schedule is flexible, with full-time preferred. Compensation is $38–$50 per hour plus performance or sales bonuses. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.
Requirements
- Personal Trainer certification from an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
- CPR/AED certification.
- At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving client results and mentoring teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
- Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
- Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
