About The Position

GYMGUYZ is recruiting a Master Trainer to deliver mobile personal training and provide fitness leadership in the community. The role involves leading and mentoring personal trainers, supporting client success, and helping build a strong local fitness team. Training is delivered at clients’ homes, offices, and in communities. The position pays $38–$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. Scheduling is flexible, with full-time availability preferred. Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer credential through an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
Current CPR/AED certification.
At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
Proven ability to deliver client results and mentor other trainers.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Comfort with mobile apps and technology for managing training and client information.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of personal trainers.
Conduct initial fitness assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Design and deliver personalized and small-group training sessions.
Monitor client progress and maintain high training standards.
Support sales goals and help convert prospective clients into active members.
Facilitate trainer development, workshops, and team meetings.
Participate in local marketing and community outreach activities.
