Mobile Personal Trainer
About The Position
GYMGUYZ is hiring a certified personal trainer to provide mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and other locations. The role offers flexible scheduling and part-time to full-time opportunities, with no gym rent or membership sales. Trainers deliver personalized coaching, support clients’ progress, and use the GYMGUYZ App to manage workouts and client information. The franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee. The hiring process includes an online application, application review, a 30-minute Zoom interview for qualified candidates, and an in-person interview for selected candidates.
Requirements
- Hold a nationally recognized Personal Training Certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent.
- Maintain current CPR/AED certification.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between clients.
- Be comfortable using mobile apps and technology.
- Have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, personalized training sessions at clients’ homes and other locations.
- Create and adjust workout programs based on client goals.
- Track client progress and conduct fitness reassessments.
- Use the GYMGUYZ App to manage workouts and client information.
- Build strong client relationships and keep clients motivated.
- Maintain professionalism and represent GYMGUYZ values in every session.
