About The Position
GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to provide mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers deliver personalized coaching without working from a traditional gym, with clients provided through the franchise. The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to advance into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, plus performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
- Be CPR/AED certified.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
- Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
- Design personalized training programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Conduct client reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage the training schedule efficiently.
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
- Collaborate with the team.
