About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers receive clients through the company and work without gym rent or sales quotas. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $33–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses. The trainer designs and delivers personalized fitness programs, conducts reassessments, tracks client results, and manages sessions using the GYMGUYZ App and other mobile or web apps. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, opportunities to advance into Master Trainer and leadership roles, recertification discounts, recognition programs, and support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals. Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Hold CPR/AED certification.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and energy.
