About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to provide mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and other organizations. Trainers deliver sessions without gym rent or sales quotas, using the company’s app to create personalized programs and conduct reassessments. The role offers a flexible schedule with part-time to full-time options and compensation of $25–$35 per hour plus performance bonuses. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to advance into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Trainers are supported by a nationwide network of fitness professionals.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage the training schedule efficiently.
Motivate clients, track their results, and celebrate their progress.
