About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time to full-time options, compensation of $40–$50 per hour plus performance bonuses, and the independence to train without working in a traditional gym. The company provides clients, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals. Trainers create personalized programs and conduct reassessments through the GYMGUYZ App, motivate clients, track results, manage their schedules, and participate in marketing activities. The position also offers opportunities for advancement into Master Trainer and leadership roles, along with recertification discounts and recognition programs.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.

Manage schedules efficiently.
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
Collaborate with a supportive team.
