About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Mobile Certified Personal Trainer for a new franchise serving the Huntsville and Decatur areas, with an anticipated soft opening on October 12, 2026. The role delivers personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations, offering flexible scheduling and the independence of mobile training. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour, with performance bonuses and growth opportunities. The franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

• Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
• Be CPR/AED certified.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
• Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and energy.
• Want to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, team-focused group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage the training schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate progress.
• Collaborate with the team.
