About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a certified personal trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and communities. The role offers flexible scheduling and part-time to full-time opportunities, with pay of $33–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers receive onboarding and ongoing training, and may have opportunities to grow into Master Trainer and leadership roles. The position does not involve gym rent or membership sales.

Requirements

• Hold a nationally recognized Personal Training Certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent.
• Have current CPR/AED certification.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between clients.
• Be comfortable using mobile apps and technology.
• Have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized training sessions at clients’ homes and other locations.
• Create and adjust workout programs based on clients’ goals.
• Track client progress and conduct fitness reassessments.
• Use the GYMGUYZ App to manage workouts and client information.
• Build strong client relationships and keep clients motivated.
• Maintain professionalism and represent GYMGUYZ values in every session.
• Travel between clients.
