About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for a security role in Plainfield, Connecticut. The work may vary by day and special event and can include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The role requires adapting to changing situations while maintaining security and protecting individuals and property. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have a clean motor vehicle record and a driver's license.
• Have a Connecticut Guard Card.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have strong responsiveness and problem-solving skills.
• Have a state license if required.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to identify suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports about events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
