About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Motor Patrol Security Officer in Richmond, Virginia. The role requires adapting to changing assignments and may involve customer service, patrols, surveillance, and special-event duties. The officer monitors and protects premises, people, and property while responding to incidents and documenting events. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, available for all shifts, and have a clean driving record. Two schedules are available: Friday through Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., or Monday through Friday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The hourly wage is $17.20. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be available for all shifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive, with strong problem-solving skills.
• State license if required.
