About The Position

The Mobile Expert supports customers through inbound interactions by providing expert guidance on wireless sales and communication solutions. The role assesses customer needs and recommends personalized devices, service packages, and wireless, voice, and data products. Success is measured by meeting sales targets, delivering quality customer experiences, and following high standards in sales processes. The position contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty through informed, personalized service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer acquisition sales skills, including competitive drive and confidence.
• At least 12 months of multitasking experience and experience navigating between Windows systems.
• Troubleshooting and working knowledge of IoT.
• Computer hardware proficiency.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and build customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• 12 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and customer loyalty by delivering personalized wireless device and service solutions during inbound interactions.
• Enhance product and process knowledge through continuous training on new skills, systems, and resources.
• Apply sales skills to acquire new customers using results-oriented approaches and confidence.
