About The Position

The Mixer Operator I ensures proper preparation of doughs according to formula and scheduled standards. The role requires demonstrated competency in on-the-job activities that may directly or indirectly affect product safety, legality, or quality. The operator prepares dough consistently through proper scaling and time and temperature control, works efficiently to maintain production flow, records required mixing information, and keeps work areas clean.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information necessary for the job; no educational prerequisite.
Demonstrated competency in on-the-job activities that may affect product safety, legality, or quality.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of production experience as a helper.
Six months of basic knowledge of mixer procedures and mixer operation.

Responsibilities

Ensure dough consistency through proper scaling and time and temperature control according to production standards.
Mix dough efficiently and deliver it to dividers on time to maintain the production schedule and flow.
Record dough temperatures, mixing times, and other required data.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.

Fulfill work schedules, adhere to attendance policies, and follow applicable operating rules and procedures.
