About The Position

The Mixer 1 operates mixing machinery to combine ingredients and produce finished products according to company recipes and guidelines. The role includes handling ingredients and frozen product, preparing and sanitizing the workstation and equipment, monitoring equipment for safe operation, and recording product lot numbers. The position is based in a refrigerated food manufacturing plant, where temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F and conditions may be wet or dry. The work involves repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with items over 50 pounds, as well as prolonged walking and standing. Production demands may require overtime and evening or weekend scheduling. Requirements

Experience operating machinery is required.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood.
Must be able to perform repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 50 pounds.
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

Food industry experience is preferred.
English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Add and mix ingredients according to company recipes to produce finished products.
Observe and monitor equipment to ensure safe operation.

Pull product from the freezer for use in production.
