About The Position

Elk Park Animal Hospital is seeking a Mixed Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to join their longstanding community fixture. This is one of the largest and busiest facilities in the area, offering essential services five days a week, including on-call and mobile assistance for large animals and emergencies. The hospital boasts over 3,700 sq. ft. of organized indoor space with three exam rooms and provides comprehensive services such as digital radiology, cold laser therapy, orthopedic surgery, dentistry, cutting-edge diagnostics, a complete pharmacy, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, physical therapy, and herbal medicine. The Medical Director will practice exceptional medicine and surgery with the full support of the medical systems and team, benefiting from skilled technicians, dedicated CSRs, and strong leadership. Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
Strong communication and client-education skills
Experience with clinic leadership and/or mentorship to take on MD role
