Exciting Mixed-Animal Opportunity in northeast Nebraska! Come join an established, multi-doctor mixed-animal practice that has built a reputation of excellence and innovation! Nebraska Vet Services is a fast-paced, true mixed-animal practice in northeast Nebraska with 11 DVMs. Our team provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and production care for patients and clients. Our large-animal veterinarians focus on food animal medicine, dairy, swine, embryo transfer, and related production services. We practice progressive, high-quality medicine in a culture that values hard work and lasting relationships — with support that allows you to grow professionally and personally. We believe great veterinary medicine is rooted in community, teamwork, and legacy. This role is primarily focused on large-animal medicine, with opportunities to support small-animal care as needed. Services we provide: Diagnostic Lab Services & Interpretation, Digital Radiography, Beef & Pork Quality Assurance Initiatives, Reproductive Evaluation & Consultation, Embryo Transfer for Cows, Goats & Sheep, Production Animal Services, Herd Health Consults, Emergency & Critical Care, Pet Wellness Services, Surgical Care Services, Preventative Care.
Requirements
- Full-time, primarily large-animal veterinarian.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and production care for patients and clients.
- Focus on food animal medicine, dairy, swine, embryo transfer, and related production services.
- Practice progressive, high-quality medicine.
- Support small-animal care as needed.
- Perform diagnostic lab services & interpretation.
- Utilize digital radiography.
- Engage in Beef & Pork Quality Assurance Initiatives.
- Conduct reproductive evaluation & consultation.
- Perform embryo transfer for cows, goats & sheep.
- Provide production animal services.
- Offer herd health consults.
- Handle emergency & critical care.
- Provide pet wellness services.
- Perform surgical care services.
- Offer preventative care.
