About The Position

The Mitigation Lead Technician works side by side with the Mitigation Service Team to restore buildings damaged by water, fire, mold, or other causes. The role involves removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning affected materials and areas at job sites. The technician executes job action plans, manipulates contents, works in confined spaces, and uses power tools.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation to the main office.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and twist frequently.
Clean-shaven face for respirator use in accordance with OSHA regulations.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work in tight or confined spaces.

Responsibilities

Remove or demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites.
Extract standing water when needed.
Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans.
Clean affected materials and areas at job sites, including removing job-related debris.
Assist the Project Foreman with job-site production.
Maintain job-site safety.
Execute job action plans for restoration production.
Manipulate contents.
Work in confined spaces, including at heights.
Use power tools.
Assist with warehouse duties.
Use a truck-mounted extractor efficiently.
Identify and place drying equipment.
Communicate workflow and scope of work with Foremen and Supervisors.
