About The Position

Clean Response, an independent restoration contractor serving the Twin Cities, is hiring for its remediation team, which responds after properties are damaged by water or fire. The Water Technician helps restore affected properties and support clients by cleaning up, drying out, and providing consistent communication and updates throughout the process. The role calls for someone dedicated, driven, team-oriented, and committed to integrity and excellence.

The work takes place in a changing environment where daily tasks and challenges vary. Technicians repair properties damaged by water or fire, remove damaged materials, and place and use drying equipment as needed. They develop an understanding of water-loss procedures, communicate with coworkers and clients, and keep jobsites clean and safe. Employees may advance to Lead or Senior Water Technician roles after meeting the stated training and service requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in water mitigation.
• IICRC Water Damage Restoration qualification.
• Experience in commercial and residential restoration.
• Experience using small to medium power tools to remove building materials.
