Mitigation Field Technician
About The Position
Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc. (ADRI) provides emergency recovery services for wind, fire, smoke and water damage, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental issues, mold remediation, healthcare and environmental services, flooding repair and construction services. Field Technicians work hard in often harsh conditions involving, smoke, water, mold, sewage, etc., to help people and properties recover from damage due to disasters. The ideal candidate will enjoy physical labor, have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, and be 100% reliable and accountable. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
- Satisfactory background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience in disaster restoration preferred
- IICRC certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Installing containment and safety mechanisms
- Installing and monitoring drying equipment/AFD’s
- Providing emergency cleaning and sanitizing services
- Conducting controlled demolition services
- Keeping fleet vehicles cleaned and presentable
- Conducting preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and company equipment
- Packing and moving client’s contents / personal property
- Conducting Every Job Sales Activities - As directed by Lead Tech (Securing client reviews and supporting positive online rankings, Asking for key market segment referral, 5x5's, Placing yard signage, ID Agent of record)
- Participates in 24 hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours.
- During assigned on-call shift be responsive, answering all phone calls.
