About The Position

Paul Davis of Bucks County is seeking a Mitigation and Restoration Laborer to help customers and community members recover from property damage. The role involves completing mitigation and cleaning projects, including work related to flood and fire damage, while providing empathetic, timely customer service. Work is performed under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager and according to Paul Davis and industry specifications. The position also includes maintaining company vehicles and equipment, assisting with facility tasks, and supporting teammates as needed. Employees may participate in an on-call schedule and must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime when needed.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, debris removal, contents cleaning, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation according to company and industry specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service to people affected by property damage.
• Keep the truck clean, properly stocked, and organized, and maintain company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
• Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
• Assist other team members and provide team leadership when needed.
