About The Position

Join a mitigation crew handling water, fire, and mold losses for SERVPRO of Sugar Land. In the first 90 days, the Restoration Technician will extract water, remove damaged materials, set up drying equipment, and monitor jobs until they are dry. The technician works on site under a Restoration Supervisor and is expected to meet the crew’s pace and standards. The role includes documenting work with clear photos and same-day moisture readings, treating customers’ homes with care, and maintaining professional, clean, and punctual conduct. Technicians keep their trucks, tools, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours losses. Field work may involve lifting, climbing, heat, and wet conditions, as well as irregular hours. Team Hart owns and operates five SERVPRO franchises across Texas. The company promotes from within, pays for certifications, and emphasizes Extreme Ownership, Act with Urgency, Commit to Growth, One Team Hart, and Do the Right Thing. The employer is an equal opportunity employer. Franchise employees are hired and supervised by the independently owned and operated SERVPRO franchise, not the franchisor.
