About The Position

Mission Control supports hospital operations by transporting patients to and from patient care areas and delivering or collecting equipment, supplies, mail, patient concierge services, and other supporting items throughout the hospital. The role also maintains supply par levels and cleans equipment in designated areas, follows universal precautions, and completes additional duties assigned by leadership. This is a full-time day position at Texas Health Fort Worth, working 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The role offers mentorship, comprehensive training, leadership resources, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months of related experience preferred, or six months of customer service experience preferred.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required before providing independent patient care and must be maintained quarterly.
Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining tact, maturity, and a professional attitude.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Proactive problem-solving, good interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, advanced computer skills, and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Windows/PCs is helpful.

Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up patient care equipment, supplies, mail, patient concierge services, and other supporting items throughout the hospital.
Maintain par levels and clean equipment in designated areas.
Adhere to the Body Substance Isolation Universal Precaution Policy.
Accept additional duties and tasks assigned by leadership.
