About The Position

The Mission Control role at Texas Health Fort Worth supports hospital operations by transporting patients to and from patient care areas using appropriate methods and delivering or picking up equipment, supplies, mail, patient concierge services, and other supporting items throughout the hospital. The role also maintains par levels, cleans equipment in designated areas, follows the Body Substance Isolation Universal Precaution Policy, and accepts additional duties assigned by leadership. This is a PRN night position at Texas Health Fort Worth in Fort Worth, Texas.

Requirements

BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) is required before providing independent patient care and must be maintained quarterly.
Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining tact, maturity, and a professional attitude.
Excellent verbal communication.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Proactive problem-solving, good interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, advanced computer skills, and time management.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months of related experience preferred, or six months of customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of Windows/PC is helpful.

Responsibilities
