About The Position

JENNMAR Services is seeking experienced foremen for its millwright, welding, and fabrication crews. This is a full-time travel position with some local work. The role requires travel each week to various locations and involves supervising crew members, maintaining safety standards, and performing millwright, welding, and fabrication work on plant equipment. Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders, and/or platforms, and bend and squat.
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for prolonged periods.
Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Able to work any shifts, including required overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to pass background and drug and alcohol testing.
Ability to read blueprints.
Industrial, steel, or ironworks experience.
Project management and/or supervisory experience.
Clean MVR and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
Must be able to travel each week to various locations.

Nice To Haves

MSHA Surface and Underground certifications.

Responsibilities

Follow instructions from Project Managers and/or the Management team.
Maintain and enforce all safety standards.
Move, secure, install, build, load, and/or unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Perform welding and fabrication for repairs and installation of plant equipment, chutes, and crushers.
Repair and install mechanical parts for equipment.
Read schematics, blueprints, and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs when needed.
Use stick welding and oxy-acetylene torches safely and efficiently.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Direct cleaning and preparation of job sites.
Assist crew members with their duties when needed or when manpower requires.
Apply oils and greases according to equipment and job specifications, properly, efficiently, and safely.
Perform various assigned physical duties.
