About The Position
The JPMorganChase (JPMC) US Military Pathways Program offers a challenging work experience with acclimation support, coaching, dedicated program managers, job skills training, networking with colleagues and senior management, and opportunities to develop into a future leader across demanding business areas. Participants may rotate into up to two roles, each lasting one year. Pathways Rotational Associates are hired based on eligibility, organizational fit, and interview performance, then work with program management to find a suitable role based on their interests, skills, professional experience, and business priorities. Rotations take place across JPMC lines of business, including Consumer & Community Banking, Corporate/Centralized Functions, Asset & Wealth Management, and Commercial & Investment Banking. Available rotations depend on location and space. Roles are housed in areas including Operations/Technology, Cybersecurity/Client Engagement, Sales/Product Development/Analytics, Strategy/Communications, Marketing/Risk, Controls, Audit/Finance, and Resource Management. The position is onsite unless otherwise stated.
Responsibilities
- Learn and contribute to the assigned business area.
- Seek out and make connections across JPMC.
- Attend and participate in the Pathways Program learning syllabus and extracurricular activities.
- Use transferable skills to make an impact on JPMC businesses.
- Take advantage of learning and development programs.
- Participate in mentorship programs.
- Interact with JPMC senior managers and Veteran Sponsors across the firm.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
