The academic-calendar work year runs from late August to late June. General hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; occasional evening or weekend work may be required, with at least three such events anticipated during the year. The role involves regular talking and listening, continuous standing and walking, stair climbing, occasional lifting or moving of items under 20 pounds, and typing. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities. The annual salary range is $60,000–$96,000, with compensation dependent on experience and degree. Full-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA, FSA, pre-tax transit and dependent-care accounts, a 401(k) match, student loan repayment contributions after one year, and professional development programs. Additional offerings include a ten-month school year with an average of approximately 33 scheduled days off, preparation periods, staff wellness groups and social events, and a full tuition waiver for the school’s annual Certificate Program in Meeting the Needs of Twice-Exceptional Students. Staff may also build a private practice or tutor non-Quad Prep students onsite after school at reduced rates.
