Insight School of Oklahoma (ISOK), a K12/Stride partner school, is seeking a Middle School Intervention Teacher to support at-risk students through remediation and individualized instruction. The role helps students achieve academic goals and improve growth by working with students, families, learning coaches, teachers, and school personnel. The school delivers a virtual middle-school program for grades 6–8, with a rigorous, data-driven, student-centered instructional model. The Intervention Teacher adapts K12 curriculum to state content standards and student needs, supports individualized and small-group instruction, and helps staff use assessment and progress-monitoring data to guide instruction. The position also coordinates RTI interventions, maintains intervention records, supports parent and staff understanding of instructional strategies and RTI procedures, and works with the special education team on eligibility processes. This is a full-time remote position requiring a professional home office without distractions and the ability to work independently, typically 40 or more hours per week during a school-defined schedule such as 9–5 or 8–4. The employee must reside in Oklahoma; candidates in surrounding states may be considered if certified to teach in Oklahoma. Travel of up to 20% may be required for in-person professional development, student testing, or other school needs.
