About The Position
St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School (SSSAS) is seeking inspiring middle school educators to engage, challenge, and support students during a formative stage of their development. Grounded in Episcopal values, the school aims to foster students' academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth in an inclusive and welcoming community. Teachers build strong relationships, create engaging and age-appropriate challenges, and nurture students' curiosity, resilience, empathy, and developing interests. Teachers teach engaging courses in English, History, Math, Languages, or Social Studies, and work with colleagues on curriculum design, student projects, and interdisciplinary learning. Requirements
- At least 3 years of middle school teaching experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A strong foundation in curriculum design, instruction, and differentiated learning.
- A deep understanding of human development, particularly during the middle school years.
- Expertise in the relevant subject area.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
