For 36 years, the Harlem Educational Activities Fund (HEAF) has partnered with families, schools, and community organizations to transform the lives of young people from under-resourced New York City communities. Position Overview The Facilitator & Program Support Aid supports HEAF Achieve and HEAF Inspire programming for students in grades 6-12 through instruction, lesson preparation, classroom and program operations, student supervision, family outreach, recordkeeping, chaperoning, and other program support. The role is designed for a youth-development professional who can move between facilitation and administrative support based on program needs.
