About The Position

NetSuite is seeking a results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to acquire new customers across the Consumer Services market. The role sells NetSuite’s cloud business platform to organizations with approximately $0–$20 million in annual revenue, including businesses in Nonprofits, Financial Services, Real Estate, Cleaning and Repair Services, Field Services, and other consumer-facing service industries. This is a new-business “hunting” role for a seller who can create pipeline, lead consultative discovery, develop executive-level business cases, and manage a structured sales process from prospecting through close. Candidates should have at least three years of quota-carrying sales experience, a record of winning net-new business, and the ability to connect financial and operational challenges to measurable business outcomes. There is a three-day-in-office requirement for preferred locations: Austin, Denver, Santa Monica, Chicago, and the broader West region. Remote candidates in Illinois may be considered if they bring especially strong industry experience, relevant business-application sales expertise, or a proven record selling into the target Consumer Services markets. The U.S. hiring range is $31.73–$50.72 per hour, or $66,000–$105,500 annually. The role may be eligible for equity and commission, with an estimated 50/50 pay mix. Oracle offers medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and supplemental life insurance; flexible spending accounts; commuter and parking benefits; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid time off, holidays, and sick leave; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; an employee stock purchase plan; financial planning and group legal benefits; and voluntary insurance benefits. Certain U.S.-based or customer-facing roles may be subject to applicable occupational health or drug-testing requirements. U.S.-based employees must complete identity verification involving biometric information, with accommodations potentially available following an individualized assessment.
