About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to repair vehicles at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role requires professional automotive PDR experience and the ability to access vehicle panels, use glue-pulling techniques, and repair smaller dents on steel and aluminum panels. The position is on second shift and may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, with possible exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Pass a complete background check.
