About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced paintless dent repair (PDR) technician to work in a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center. The technician will repair vehicle panels using advanced glue-pulling techniques and perform hail, crease, body-line, and larger-dent repairs on steel and aluminum panels. Carvana also offers training programs for people joining in entry-level positions, with the opportunity for skills and pay to progress. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience for the experienced technician role.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
