About The Position

We are seeking a mid-level Automotive Technician to join a high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The role suits a dedicated professional who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality and timely work, and is interested in becoming a long-term member of the team. Technicians provide their own comprehensive set of tools. The employer offers a clean, modern, and safe workspace equipped with state-of-the-art tools, a steady flow of customers, and the opportunity to work alongside skilled Store Managers. Weekly pay is uncapped, with top performers earning over $80,000 annually. The position is full-time and performed in person. Technicians work five days per week, with Sundays and one weekday off; the weekday off is typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Saturday work is required. Store hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation includes a weekly guarantee of $750–$1,000 depending on qualifications and commission potential of $55,000–$80,000 or more per year. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and PTO based on tenure. The employer also pays for ASE Certification tests and study guides and provides bonuses based on passed tests.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Own a comprehensive set of tools.
Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
Complete digital inspections to provide to customers.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Use familiarity with schematics to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
