About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to help manage parts inventory at a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center. The role includes sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, handling returns and general inventory, communicating with dealers and suppliers, and reconciling and recording parts payments. The position is based at 2183 Hebron Rd, Heath, Ohio 43056, and offers two schedule options: Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–3 p.m., or Monday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Carvana describes its work environment as a fast-paced, changing production setting that may involve exposure to heat and cold. The company provides training programs for entry-level employees and states that skills and pay can progress with the company. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Use safety equipment that may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
