About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to help manage parts inventory at a high-tech Inspection Center in Winder, Georgia. The role involves sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, managing returns and general inventory, communicating with dealers and suppliers, and reconciling and recording parts payments. The position requires at least six months of professional automotive parts experience. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment and may be required to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. Two schedules are offered: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
