About The Position

Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to help manage parts inventory at one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role involves sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, handling returns and general inventory, communicating with dealers and suppliers, and reconciling and recording parts payments. Applicants should have at least six months of professional automotive parts experience. The position requires working in a fast-paced production environment and may involve mandatory overtime based on business needs. Candidates must be able to operate vehicle equipment and tools, lift up to 60 pounds independently, and use required safety equipment. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to use safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
