About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician for work at one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The technician repairs smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels and is expected to have experience accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques. Carvana describes itself as a fast-growing used automotive retailer and operates vehicle Reconditioning Centers where cars are inspected, repaired, and photographed before being listed online. The position may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Experience accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques, and ability to repair smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
