Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate
About The Position
Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to help manage parts inventory at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role includes sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, handling returns and general inventory, communicating with dealers and suppliers, and reconciling and recording parts payments. The position is in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may involve exposure to heat or cold. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Applicants must pass a background check; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
- Pass a complete background check.
