About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to help manage parts inventory at a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center. The associate sources and orders complex automotive parts, manages returns and general inventory, communicates with dealers and suppliers, and reconciles and records parts payments. The position is based at Carvana’s inspection center in Haines City, Florida. Two shifts are offered: Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–3 p.m., or Monday–Thursday, 4 p.m.–3 a.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
