About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Auto Painter to prepare and paint vehicles at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role involves matching and mixing paint colors and applying water-based paint to vehicles inside paint booths. The position offers a competitive wage and a $4,000 hiring bonus, along with company perks and reimbursement programs.

The scheduled hours are Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Some overtime is available, and mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs to meet customer commitments. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Employment is contingent on passing a complete background check.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Pass a complete background check.
