About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Auto Painter to work in one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role involves matching and mixing paint colors and applying water-based paint to vehicles inside paint booths. The position requires at least three years of professional automotive painting experience and includes use of state-of-the-art tools. The role may require mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Carvana reconditions vehicles at centers around the country, where vehicles are inspected, perfected, and photographed before being listed for sale. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a background check.
