About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Auto Painter to match and mix paint colors and paint vehicles with water-based paint inside paint booths at a high-tech Inspection Center. The position requires at least three years of professional automotive painting experience. The role is part of Carvana’s vehicle reconditioning process, preparing vehicles to meet the company’s standards before they are photographed and listed for customers. Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
