About The Position

The Dynamics CRM Technical Product Support Specialist serves as a key operational resource responsible for ensuring the stability, usability, and effectiveness of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and associated Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role provides hands-on technical and functional support to business users, helping them effectively leverage CRM capabilities to support customer management, sales, service, marketing, and operational processes. The specialist acts as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issue resolution, and system support activities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, diagnosing data and integration problems, managing security roles and permissions, maintaining system configurations, and supporting routine administration tasks. The role works closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements, identify system improvements, and ensure CRM functionality aligns with organizational objectives. In addition to day-to-day support, the specialist coordinates testing efforts for system enhancements, upgrades, and releases. This includes developing test plans, facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting results, and ensuring successful deployment of changes with minimal disruption to business operations. The position also assists with data quality management, workflow monitoring, and the validation of automated processes built within Power Automate and other Power Platform tools. A critical aspect of the role is creating and maintaining clear documentation, including support procedures, configuration records, user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials. The specialist provides end-user training and guidance, helping drive adoption and improve overall system proficiency across the organization. When issues require deeper technical expertise, the Dynamics CRM Technical Product Support Specialist collaborates with developers, system administrators, architects, vendors, and Microsoft support teams to investigate root causes and facilitate timely resolution.
