About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team in Buffalo, NY. This is a full-time contract position with a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. The role involves developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies and secure coding practices. You will be responsible for supporting production systems, resolving incidents, and driving performance improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, customizations and integrations.
- Strong C#/.NET development, especially Azure Functions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Service Bus – queues, topics, retries, and dead-letter handling.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployment automation.
- Experience with Azure Key Vault, managed identities, and security.
- Experience with Azure Blob Storage.
- Strong Entity Framework experience.
- API testing and troubleshooting using Postman.
- Experience supporting production/L2-L3 systems, incident resolution, RCA, and performance improvements.
- Experience with cloud vulnerability remediation and secure coding practices.
- Strong understanding of DR, change management, and controlled releases.

Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM.
- Implement Azure Functions and other Azure services for cloud deployments.
- Manage Azure Service Bus functionalities including queues, topics, retries, and dead-letter handling.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployment automation.
- Implement security measures using Azure Key Vault, managed identities, and secure coding practices.
- Manage data storage using Azure Blob Storage.
- Develop using Entity Framework.
- Perform API testing and troubleshooting with Postman.
- Support production/L2-L3 systems, including incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance improvements.
- Address cloud vulnerabilities and ensure secure coding.
- Manage disaster recovery (DR), change management, and controlled releases.
