Requirements
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, JavaScript, and C#
- Familiarity with configuring forms, managing content updates, and implementing logic or flow changes
- Experience with portals, developing custom workflows, and supporting DevOps processes
- A background in system testing and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
- Configure forms and make content changes as required
- Implement logic and flow updates to support business processes
- Design and develop custom workflows using C#
- Customize the Dynamics Portal using JavaScript
- Assist with system testing to ensure quality and functionality
- Support the development and maintenance of the DevOps pipeline
