Dynamics Developer II
About The Position
The Dynamics Developer II will lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize business processes. This role involves leading Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support. The developer will configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, Business Central, or Supply Chain Management), build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows, and perform SharePoint administration. Key responsibilities include timely delivery of project milestones, clear stakeholder communication, analyzing business processes for automation opportunities, documenting requirements and specifications, conducting gap analyses, and maintaining data integrity. The role also requires communicating system changes to the CAB.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analyst role (internships acceptable).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, command bar extensions
- Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, choices)
- Knowledge of CRM configuration vs customization boundaries
- Effectively provide SharePoint administration tasks.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools.
- Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to design and implement business solutions.
